5 Star Service (Option One)

Dahlquist provides the five star refurbishment service for the customer willing to ship their full speaker system to our facility.
This service consists of:

Full bench diagnostic test
Replacement or rebuilding of failed drivers
All upgrade kits
All fuseholders & fuses replaced
New high frequency potentiometers
Refinishing of wood side railings
Installation of replacement grille cloth

Mirror imaging (if needed)

The speakers are also cleaned, bagged, boxed, and shipped back to you insured.

Replacement DQ-10 shipping cartons can be purchased at our online store.

4 Star Service (Option Two)

Full bench diagnostic test
Replacement or rebuilding of failed drivers
All upgrade kits
All fuseholders & fuses replaced
New high frequency potentiometers

Mirror imaging (if needed)

The speakers are also cleaned, bagged, boxed, and shipped back to you insured.

3 Star Service (Option Three)

This service is for customers who do not want to ship their full DQ-10's,
yet, desire our workmanship / craftsmanship on most of the components.

This option is for the customer with some soldering experience and the ability of using common tools. Customer would remove speakers and crossovers and ship to our facility. You also have the option of sending specific speaker drivers (rather than all), if you know certain units are not defective. Please call for proper packing, as specific instructions on all of the drivers, are not indicated on our packing instruction page.

Full diagnostic test on all speaker drivers
Replacement or rebuilding of failed drivers
Installation of upgrade kits on crossovers
Testing of crossovers

The additional items below can be ordered and shipped back with the upgraded crosovers and speaker drivers, for a near complete refurbishment.
